Growing up in a family of builders, Joe learned the fundamentals of real estate at an early age. Working alongside his father, he not only developed a valuable technical skill set, but also an understanding of the unique demands of each client, and the importance of honest business. Today, these principles continue to define Joe and his approach to real estate sales and marketing.
A distinguished veteran, Joe served six years in the United States Navy. His service included a tour of duty in Qatar as part of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He also served directly under two Presidents of the United States at Camp David in Thurmont, Maryland. His service earned him several commendations, including a Presidential Service Badge, Navy Joint Service Achievement Medal, and a Letter of Commendation signed by the Director of the White House Military Office. Upon returning to civilian life, Joe parlayed his expertise into a successful career in real estate.
Joe’s team specializes in short sales, and helping homeowners avoid the hassle of foreclosure. Joe enjoys taking on new and challenging projects, and ensuring efficient and transient deals for investors and clients. As a local landlord and investor himself, Joe has the experience to help you locate the right deal no mater what criteria you set. Joe is a Certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource, Brokers Price Opinion Resource and holds both his NJ & PA Real Estate Licenses.
Joe lives in Haddonfield with his wife, Ashley, and two daughters, Addison and Quinn.
